Child and Family Health Plus: Contact a Facilitated Enroller in your area!
Your facilitated enroller will help you figure out which plan you are eligible for, gather all necessary paperwork and forward your application to the appropriate destination. Facilitated Enrollment is a way to learn about health insurance choices for you and your child and provides an easier way to apply for Child and Family Health Plus and Medicaid.     The Food Bank distributes food-to-food pantries, soup kitchens, senior meal programs, and other not-for-profit programs that use food in their services.  The Food Bank is a not-for-profit organization working to eliminate hunger, through food distribution, education, and advocacy with the community.
